Here at Seventy-Fourth Street we are proud of the instructional gains that students are making and consider ourselves to be life-long learners. Highly-Qualified teachers and staff consistently collaborate to build instructional capacity for students and themselves. To ensure that all students are prepared to meet the Common Core State Standards, staff members participate in continuous professional development throughout the school year where best practices are shared and implemented. Our Parent Representatives also participate in professional development where best practices are learned and shared with other parents during our monthly parent workshops. Together, we believe that we provide students with the necessary skills for college and career readiness and pride ourselves on creating a school climate that is safe and caring.
